Complaint from John And Dana Owen Wilmer, TXover 2 years agoI placed a Home Depot order, that outsourced to “Innovative Water Care” in Wilmer, TX. I ordered (4) 4 lb bags of chlorine stabilizer. When I received the shipped box from Ozburn Hessey, it was labeled as a 16 lb. box (1 of 1) but all that was in the box was (1) 4 lb bag of chlorine stabilizer. This order was over $100. They ripped me off for the other 3 bags.
